Free ProgramPivot Charter School, North Bay is a CA public charter school and is therefore free to all California residents that meet the legal requirements for attending a charter school. Students do not have to pay for the online courses or for the support they receive from the local teachers at the site.
Online or On-siteIt works just like a traditional middle and high school, except everything is online. You can login and access your courses from home, the public library, or anywhere there is a computer and internet access. And you'll have your own local credentialed California teacher at our resource center to help provide daily oversight, motivation, and on-site support if needed. Pivot Charter School, North Bay incorporates an online curriculum with credentialed online teachers and credentialed on-site teachers working side by side with students as they are engaged in their courses.
Teacher-Supported LearningYou'll have access to one-on-one instruction from California-credentialed teachers 24/5 (Sunday 8pm – Friday 6pm) and 24/7 help from our support staff. Teachers communicate with you through phone, email, and instant messaging. Our teachers even have a virtual online whiteboard to visually explain concepts to you.
